Director of Growth
We’re looking for a Director of Growth to manage and ensure successful delivery for internal and client projects and campaigns. We are currently growing at a rapid pace and are looking to launch three different digital products in different technological spaces. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with creative and technical teams in the digital space, as well as entrepreneurial experience. We are open to hiring junior personnel with the right combination of skills and motivation.
The Director of Growth should be an experienced marketing guru, eager to help ensure Virtus Groups continued growth, as well as drive the continued success of our internal digital products as they launch. The Director of Growth is expected to be a key revenue and profit driver for the company, ultimately with end-to-end performance marketing responsibility across the lifecycle of the customer experience, including acquisition, conversion, analytics, and attribution.

- 01 Define the marketing strategy for customer acquisition and for the sustainable long-term growth of the business
- 02 Define best-in-class practices for each digital marketing channel – social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Quora, Reddit), SEM/SEO, affiliates, email, display, ads, traditional media – to drive sales, profit and engagement
- 03 Maximize media spend through rigorous creative testing and optimization.
- 04 Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team
- 05 Own a full-funnel approach to generating and converting leads
- 06 Work with our product managers and development team to ensure new features are launched successfully and are being used to their fullest ability
