Gordon Paterson, Marketing Director – Gordon has worked in a variety of marketing, sales, and business development roles across a number of verticals. He has also co-founded a consulting firm which provides business development and sales strategy services.
The DropCommerce team have raised $25,000 in a pre-seed round. They are looking to raise a further $100,000.
DropCommerce will use this capital to accelerate growth through paid marketing channels and increased sales efforts. Their current goal is to increase both their supplier network and their Shopify user base by a factor of 10. These may be aggressive goals for a small team, but the team focuses on automating internal processes that scale, which allows DropCommerce to operate with the effectiveness of a larger team.
They are actively looking to hire a full time customer success/technical support role. They will look to onboard some additional development capacity and sales professionals at a later date.
