Flock Audio Inc is a professional audio design & development company that specializes in the manufacturing of new technologies for audio professionals around the world. Originating in Edmonton, Alberta, Flock Audio relocated its operations in 2019 to the Okanagan Valley now basing its production and headquarters in Kelowna BC. The company’s flagship product “PATCH” was the world’s first digitally controlled, 100% analog audio routing system designed for professionals working within the sound production & broadcast industry. Now building off the success of the company’s first product launch, Flock Audio continues to offer innovative, one of a kind trusted solutions to customers around the world with new product announcements and releases. Whether a Grammy Award Winning Audio Engineer, Broadcast Facilities or Cinema Sound Design, the Flock Audio brand has quickly become one of the most recognizable and renowned brands in the audio industry.

The PATCH System is now trusted & widely used around the world by various professionals from Grammy Award Winning Audio Engineers such as: Tony Maserati (Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas, Mariah Carey, Faith Evans, David Bowie), Greg Wurth (Mary J. Blige, Steve Vai), Justin Blaze (Beyonce, Jay-Z, Nelly, Shaggy Snoop Dog) and Audio Broadcast & Production facilities such as Comedy Central, NBC etc. Flock Audio gas has grown from manufacturing the systems in a 500 Sq.ft residential garage in to a 2000+ sq.ft commercial office and warehouse in less than a year in Kelowna British Columbia and expanded its employee base from 2 to now 6 Employees plus their third party engineering team of 4 employees total.
Flock Audio’s biggest hurdle to overcome within the following year is ensuring that they can keep up with the demand of the pro audio industry for their current & up-coming product lines.

Flock Audio’s successes is derived from the initiative and passion of the company’s sole founder and original CEO & Director, Darren Nakonechny. Driven by his ambition, his initial startup vision has grown Flock Audio to what it is today.
Funding
Flock Audio Inc. is privately owned, funded, and operated without any outside capital. Even though they aren’t seeking any outside funding at this time, this may be a possibility in the near future if Flock Audio finds the right applicable investor fit to consider.
As Flock Audio is rapidly growing and becoming a renowned name in the audio industry, the company in one year is already planning to expand its product line to include three more products to equate to four products in total. They anticipate this expansion initiative to occur in 2020/2021.

Flock Audio’s core business model focuses on the technology design and manufacturing of innovative audio system solutions targeted for a wide range of customers from award-winning industry professionals to broadcast facilities and at home avid studio producers.
