Odyssey3D has achieved various amazing heights over the years and after four years of operation, Odyssey has amassed a current growth rate of 97% year over year. Odyssey3D is also ranked in the Top 1% in Canada for Matterport 3D Virtual Tour Volume (2018, 2019) and has captured and marketed over 3000 listings for Realtors and Brokers in Toronto and the GTA.

Odyssey is in current partnerships with six leading RE/MAX brokerages in the Toronto Area and is part of the York University Accelerates: Best Lab, LaunchYU. They’ve been able to garner a number of commercial clients including: York University, CBRE, Cushman&Wakefield, Conservatory Group, Mattamy Homes, Bosco Properties, Daniel Gateway Rentals, Renters.ca, Park Property Management Inc, Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove.

Most notably, Odyssey3D has maintained a perfect 5 Star Customer Satisfaction rating on Facebook and Google, and have been endorsed by some of the highest producing Real Estate brokerages in the GTA.

Odyssey3D’s biggest hurdle to overcome in the following year is tackling national expansion. Following this grand initiative will come great challenges and in moving forward towards overcoming this hurdle, Odyssey3D plans to set up operations and a sales funnel in other major metropolitans in Canada.

Odyssey3D’s main stream of revenue is through servicing realtors in the Greater Toronto Area by providing real estate photography, virtual tours, videography, floorplans, aerial content, print marketing, and digital marketing for their listings. Odyssey plans to expand their market share in Toronto and grow nationally.
